Shipping policy

SHIPPING CHARGES 
We offer free express shipping on all orders over 100 USD.
Orders under $100 USD incur a $10 USD shipping fee.

DELIVERY PROCESS
We ship all orders the same business day as long as they are received by 3pm UK time. The processing time may be longer during high to a high volume periods (1 - 2 business days).

ORDER STATUS
We will send you a confirmation email when you place your order. You will then receive another email with tracking information to track your parcel status once it has been shipped from our warehouse.

SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time will vary, depending on your location. We ship via an express worldwide service to ensure timely delivery however cannot take responsibility for any shipping delays (weather, delivery carrier, customer error, holiday-related delays).

For approximate time frames please see the table below:
  • Europe: 2 business days
  • US and Canada: 4 business days
  • Rest of the World: 3 to 6 business days
If you do not receive the package within the expected shipping time, please check the order status online. If you have any other questions, please contact our customer service support@theavantguard.com for assistance.

ORDER ADDRESS ERROR
Please ensure you have provided the correct shipping information during checkout. We create shipping labels directly from this information.

Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your item(s) arrives as soon as possible. Because of this, all address changes must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed. We’ll do our best to change the shipping address.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).

2. All delivery times are estimated and The Avantguard is not responsible for delays due to unpredictable factors (weather, delivery carrier, customer error, holiday-related delays) or any other unforeseen factors.

3. All orders to countries outside of the European Union are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means the recipient may be liable for any customs fees and local sales tax. We are regrettably unable to confirm the exact amount of these and we suggest you contact your local customs office if you have any queries.
